Difficult Airway Management Using the McGRATH¢ç Video Laryngoscope in a Child with Cornelia De Lange Syndrome

Abstract
Cornelia De Lange syndrome is a congenital disease with a variety of features, including severe developmental disorder characterized by facial malformations, limb defects, etc. Due to the variety and complexity of facial and oral malformations or complex medical problems, general anesthesia in a Cornelia De Lange syndrome may follow a variety of perioperative risk due to airway management and medical conditions. This case described the experience of successful intubation using video laryngoscope performed after a failed intubation using direct laryngoscopy several times in pediatric patient with Cornelia de Lange Syndrome.
